B2B SaaS Project Plan

Offering funding for contractors throughout the United States, Fund Fast Online is a business to business company that falls under selling software as a service. Through their easy to use web app, they’ve helped fund over $2 billion home improvement projects.

Establish online presence

Fund Fast Online was well established offline, but not yet online. MMM was tasked on coming up with a strategy to best portray, as well as establish, FFO online.

Increase Reach & Leads

Utilize the internet to increase FFO’s reach as well as leads/sales. Funnel and establish FFO’s target audience as well as appeal, attract and speak to them specifically.

Organize Internally

FFO handles important documents that need to undergo a specific process in a timely manner. With these in mind, MMM was presented the administrative task to come up with a system that can help the overall FFO process run smoothly. Additionally, internal documents such as rates sheets, email templates, pamphlets, powerpoints and convention materials were 

 

Establish online presence

MMM and FFO came to an accordance to obtain a new website, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as well as run social media advertisements on each. Most importantly, though, was finding, attracting and appealing to the very targeted audience. MMM took time to deeply understand FFO’s niche and seek the group out online, creating a highly funneled environment for the brand.

Increase Reach & Leads

Through social media management, social media advertising and search engine advertising, Fund Fast Online would obtain high website traffic and reach. Additionally, alongside paid advertising, MMM’s high class organic social media tactics was incorporated.

Organize Internally

Through MMM’s eye for design, and incorporating FFO’s already predetermined brand “look” and “feel”,  all of the necessary flyers, powerpoints and more would be designed, distributed among the team and displayed. MMM would also study closely the current process, ruling out what is necessary and what isn’t as well as defining the right programs for the company.

 

Establish online presence

With nearly 300 followers on Instagram and a well established Facebook and LinkedIn, FFO was off to a good start due to MMM’s practices and tactics. Additionally, MMM fully designed created and developed Fund Fast Online’s current website from the ground up. 

With over 1,000 daily website visits and advertisement link clicks, FFO successfully obtained an online presence.

Increase Reach & Leads

Through social media and search engine ads, Fund Fast Online reached plenty potential clients within their niche. Throughout MMM’s efforts, about 2-3 leads a week were obtained.

Organize Internally

After analyzing FFO’s needs, MMM decided on implementing ZOHO One, utilizing all of its features for all FFO functions, including, but not limited to, file transfering, approval docs, messaging, website functions and even marketing.

Throughout the MMM & FFO partnership, MMM has created over 20 internal documents to help maintain brand consistency and organization.
